Iranian generals, Hezbollah commanders, senior political figures surrounded by security details thicker than a Senate appropriations bill — picked off one after another with the precision of someone who already has the keys. Leaders are dying faster than they can be replaced, and the replacements are dying too. At a certain point, you stop calling it intelligence and start calling it an inside job that nobody wants to name.
