Dr. Robin Anthony Kouyate is a social and behavioral scientist with more than 25 years of experience advancing health programs across North America, Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, and Europe. Her work spans lifestyle behavior change, chronic disease self-management, medication adherence, maternal, newborn, and child health, adolescent reproductive health, breastfeeding, and infant nutrition. Across nonprofit and private sectors, she has specialized in translating research into practical, evidence-informed interventions that improve real-world health outcomes.

Dr. Anthony Kouyate holds a PhD in Social and Behavioral Sciences from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, an MA in International Economics and American Foreign Policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a BA in Comparative Area Studies—Africa and the Middle East—from Duke University. She is fluent in French.

A former tenure-track academic in medicine and biomedical informatics with more than 180 publications, Chandra brings deep experience as a behavioral designer, health psychologist, and scientist to her work. Jonathan Stahl, PhD is a psychologist, researcher, and data scientist who is passionate about using behavioral science and advanced analytics to effect change. He is currently the Director of Business Insights, Core Personal Lines Strategy at Nationwide Insurance. Hale is the Director of Behavioral Science at Limetree. She has 15 years of experience applying behavioral science to help people thrive. Marrying academic knowledge with industry and applied research expertise, she has worked with dozens of clients in sectors from energy to healthcare to understand customers and design communications, marketing, products, and interventions that support positive behavior change. Hale received her PhD in Psychology from Columbia University, where she studied judgment and decision-making. She is the past President of the Society for Environmental, Conservation, and Population Psychology.
