I have never been a political person. And yet, I spent a significant part of my life living in Ottawa, the very heart of Canada’s political scene. You’d think it would’ve sparked something in me, but honestly—election season has always left me feeling heavy. The noise, the tension, the endless debates… the divide it creates. It’s exhausting. And to me, it feels like the exact opposite of what the world truly needs to create lasting, meaningful change.
In this episode, I’m not here to tell you who to vote for or what side to stand on. I’m here to offer something deeper—a perspective rooted in consciousness, compassion, and personal responsibility. Because I believe that real change doesn’t start with politicians. It starts with us. In our homes. In our choices. In the energy we bring to each moment.
