In this episode, I not only invite you into a little bit of my life and my story, but I take you on a journey in your own mind painting a picture of what it is like to be lost. We all experience feeling lost at one point or another in our own lives, and in this episode I wanted to be creative and unique taking you through an experience of your own. I not only talk about what it is like to be lost, and lose your sense of direction in life, but also the importance of placing your identity in the right place.

In this interview, I spoke with a life long friend, Jonah has been pursuing his passion and interests making music for the past few years, just recently releasing his newest song "At My Door" on all platforms.

In this episode, we discuss the importance of taking the process one step at a time, as becoming good at something is not an overnight thing. We also went over the importance of keeping good friends in your circle. You become who you spend the most of your time with.

And to wrap things up, we discuss the importance of moderation. Not only over habits that are negative, but moderation in life. If you spend all of your time and energy on one thing, it can be bad, no matter what that thing is.

In this episode, I experimented with something I havent tried yet. I wanted to be creative, so I wrote and recorded a simple story about the hustle culture. The mindset behind it, and some of the positives and negatives living this lifestyle.
