What's up yall it's your girl DaVida Chanel and I started 2024 with a mission in mind: Healing my fibroids was the order of the day. I got to attend a three day retreat with the amazing healer, speaker, teacher, QUEEN AFUA!!! That's right, we sat in the presence of the author of SACRED WOMAN and got all the tea on how to heal (spoiler alert: the power is within you!!!). I attended with two of my homegirls (Havilah Malone and Nicole Lovince) and today we'll get all into what happened on our journey as well as the 12 weeks after leaving.
