As a Corporate Retreat we are about team building. A one week experience.
Our flat rate covers all activities, events, food, taxes and gratuities. Daily Maid service. Upon arrival each guest receives their goodie bag, complimentary t-shirts and a go home souvenir of the village. Imported Beer and fine Wine for purchase by the bottle, etc. Plus use of our Boats and tours are extras. No pets or children under 21 allowed. We offer many Logo items, like hats, t-s, bags, towels, etc.
Each of our Eight unique getaway 4 bedroom 4 bath Villa residences are created to give our visiting guests a different feeling related to its era. Herein you can see each of our Villas. Guests can swim, snorkel, go fishing, ride in one of our electric motor boats and on an electric jet ski. On the water no smell, no smoke, no noise a very different feeling that you will long remember. All villas have a great view of our lake.
Play volleyball on the beach or in our pool or just soak up the sun and relax. We have pickleball, cornhole, knockerball, bocce ball, hot tubs and an amazing firepit for a weekly campfire, sing a long and story time, comedy and a surprise entertainer.
We will roast marshmallows and wieners. There are nature paths and also laser tag games and our challenging obstacle course. All equipment supplied for all. Our magnificent Village Wellness Saloon (ClubHouse) contains our check in desk and many activities and fun. There’s our stage and theater where we hold our orientation plus Saturday night guest talent show, company presentations, films, etc.
There will also be company & staff meeting rooms and a conference room for private meetings plus our bar (Wines and beers) sodas to relax and socialize. Within our Saloon are a few extra staff quarters plus our game room which has a jukebox with a fine selection of era music.. The game area has a few virtual reality state of the art head games. A TV plus DVD’s, computer and selection of board games such as Chess, Checkers, backgammon, Scrabble, Monopoly, playing cards, Knock Hockey, trivial Pursuit, a pachinko pinball game with a big prize should you beat it. There’s Ping Pong, Pocket Pool or snooker and our weekly televised Cornhole tournament. We also have an exercise room with weights and exercise equipment and two small private rooms for massages if needed.. We also have a sauna.
We will provide several company logo banners for their company use and to keep. Sign up for daily scheduled tournaments and use all facilities both outdoors and in our Wellness Village Saloon (clubhouse). The Village will have wonderful food for breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
