Welcome gorgeous,

Here is a little about the origin and the intention of the podcast since the first episode. I created this podcast as a sanctuary for sensitive souls; a quiet space to breathe, reconnect, and begin remembering who you truly are. If you’ve ever felt that your sensitivity is “too much” or something to hide, I invite you to soften that story. Together, we’ll explore how your sensitivity is not only valid; but sacred. A gift that holds the key to your deepest intuition, connection, and strength. Each episode offers gentle insights, intuitive reflections, and soulful transmissions; often recorded outdoors, under the Tree of Love. My feline guides are usually curled nearby, and the elemental presence of nature with the fae, the winds, the earth beneath; is always close. You may feel them too. Some episodes are softly spoken solo journeys. Others feature kindred guests: both from recent conversations and the early days of the podcast: whose voices are now being lovingly honoured and re-shared. This podcast is one thread in a wider tapestry of soul work to support sensitive hearts as they find their way home to themselves.

Since December we have been dedicating each episode to our loved ones who guide us from the rainbow bridge. I hope you find peace and comfort as you tune in. With much love.

  • Accepting your heart has the answers: The STOP Process.

    Welcome to the penultimate episode of season one of Accepting gorgeous.

    In this episode I am sharing the STOP process with you. This came to me after I was working with a different traffic image from my spiritual mentor. I love to place meanings to letters in creating my practice and this simple and incredibly effective method is just that.

    I would suggest if this is the only tool you work with from the whole season, it is this one gorgeous.

    As empaths and sensitive souls it can be so easy to think many steps ahead and envision all possible scenarios before we land on one that makes us feel safe. As we know, this way can be exhausting and confusing.

    My process reminds us that the whirling commentary in our heads is just noise and our heart really does have the answers. As we accept this and practice being present, we enter our parasympathetic nervous system; our shoulders lower and we feel we can breathe.

    As we feel more peaceful; we allow the answers (if there are any) to arrive from our heart space and trust this feeling.

    Our greatest gift as sensitives is feeling, so how about we put that into practice with any decisions large or small?

  • Accepting Gratitude: A morning practice
    May 17 2026

    In the previous episode I shared with you reflections of being shown life and death and honouring the closing of an experience.

    I had been pondering what to share next with you.

    Another guide came from nature this week to teach me again about accepting cycles. This time it was a hedgehog who found me during the day with barriers down, completely surrendering and asking for my help with transition. Initially I had thought perhaps, that experience is to share. I was told not yet.

    Last night I was at the crossroads for the new moon, with my feline guides. I was singing with gratitude to Hekate and the fae. I was singing a poem I wrote when I was 14 years old and another melody that I find soothing.

    I thought perhaps I was going to record a new moon meditation and share that. I was reminded there is already a beautiful journey with the new moon previously shared.

    I decided I would sleep on it and record this morning.

    Waking at dusk with my candle for gratitude to Hekate still aglow; I found myself journeying with the fae. A beautiful practice from my incredible spiritual mentors.

    As I returned from the interactions and teachings from the fae, I felt immense gratitude and listened to my morning gratitude practice. I received the message, this is what you are sharing.

    My simple (no introducton) 8 minute gratitude practice to help you welcome in the day.

    This morning I was reminded I have much to be grateful for and it all starts with the gratitude of this beautiful life.
