About this listen
Hey Goodys! The ADHD experience comes with many quirks and conundrums, but one not often spoken about is the difficulty in fostering and maintaining friendships. This struggle is not unique to neurodivergent people, and making and keep friends especially in adulthood can be incredibly difficult for everyone, but it can be made exponentially more difficult for someone with an ADHD brain. No matter where you fall, this issue is one that can be remedied not with perfect skill, but with consistent practice and honest evaluations with yourself on how you can give the best version of you to those you love.
