Mandy has supported athletes and business people for 14 years as a performance mindset and executive coach. An important thing in high performance is to have strong focus and to take on responsibility. However, it is also important to know when we take on too much. We talk about the importance of sharing the load, finding your values, being aware of your self-care and recovery regimes, and solidifying the 3 legs of your support network. We touch on how we can rely on metrics and technology to the point of sometimes losing our present awareness and body awareness... and more.
