ときわオンラインのヨシハマです。石垣島滞在中、同級生ハラテツのお父さんがやっている「前城ファーム」のパッションフルーツ農園を見学してきました。本業は牛農家。その牛糞でオリジナル堆肥を作り、畑には牧草をふかふかに敷き詰めている。これで雑草も生えず、完熟して自然落下するパッションフルーツも傷がつかない。受粉も完全人工受粉。路地栽培なのにハウス並みに綺麗な実、しかも中身ぎっしり。びっくりするほどこだわっている農園でした。ときわオンラインでぜひ取り扱わせていただく方向で動いています。
