Humming is a beautiful tool we can use to calm our hearts & our breath, to regulate our nervous system & soften our minds 🐝
Humming stimulates vagus nerve (the most complex nerve in your body), releases endorphins, regulates brain waves, widens blood vessels, improves airflow & promotes relaxation on a physical, mental & emotional level.
Find a place to sit, relax and hum with me. Don't worry about how it sounds, this isn't to make nice sounds it is to balance our nervous system & to help us heal in this crazy busy world.
