調理師学校卒業後に神戸市のイタリアンレストランに勤務。 ソムリエの資格取得後、イタリア、オーストラリア、ニュージーランドに渡り、ブドウ栽培、ワイン醸造を学ぶ。 ニュージーランドでGRAPEREPUBLICINC. のアドバイザーでもあるAlex Craighead（アレックス・クレイグヘッド）氏に師事。2018年、GRAPEREPUBLICINC. に参画するため帰国し、山形県南陽市に移住。2019年から醸造責任者に。1989年、神戸市出身。
