About this listen

The two are interrelated - confidence and body image - and both complement each it other. Confidence is pretty straight forward meanwhile body image isn't actually just about our physiques but includes our inner selves as well. Listen to Hidayah & me talking about it as we also touched a little on social media as it affects our confidence too.
