 एकदा काय झालं, पुण्यातला एक माणूस त्याच त्या रूटीनला वैतागून, दूर हिमालयाच्या मुख्य रांगेच्याही पलीकडच्या रम्य प्रदेशात गेला . हा लदाखी प्रदेश रूक्ष, बोडक्या मातकट पर्वतांचा. हिवाळ्यात तयार होणाऱ्या शुभ्र हिमगालिच्यांचा, खळाळ वाहणाऱ्या नद्यांचा, दरीतल्या हिरवाईचा, डोक्यावर असणाऱ्या गर्द निळ्याभोर आभाळाचा आणि त्याखाली ध्यानस्थ बसलेल्या बुद्धाचा! तिथे त्याने खूप दिवस मुक्काम ठोकला. सामान्य टुरिस्ट म्हणून गेलेला नसल्याने, मनसोक्त भटकत असतांना त्याने एक गोष्ट ऐकली. मग झालं काय की, त्या गोष्टीतल्या घटनांच्या प्रवाहाचा माग काढता काढता त्यात अनेक प्रवाह मिसळत गेले. म्हणजे अनिता-लोब्झांग, झुरांग-निस्सू, मेमेले...अशा जिवंत माणसांचा, अवलोकितेश्वर-तारादेवी या देवांचा आणि लिंग केसरसारख्या आख्यायिकांचाही! या प्रवाहात त्याने पाहिलेलं, न पाहिलेलं, त्याच्या डोक्यातलं, मनातलं..असं सगळंच वाहत वाहत आलं. आणि तयार झाली ही विलक्षण कथा !©2021 Storyside IN (P)2021 Storyside IN Fantasy
