You don't have to be a shark to WIN

My strong recommendation is to include this kind of principles and practices in the curriculum of highschool education.

Great presentation and very practical inputs which can be practiced by one and all

However let's all remember one thing, it's YOU who needs to take the steps in bringing all the principles to practice.

Good values

Teaches lots of good values, which are presented and explained clearly. At times it steers from the topic it’s referring to, and is also repetitive. However, it’s overall a good listen.

TOO common sense

If you read more than 3 self help books and 10 LinkedIn articles, save your money. I wanted to listen to this as I've seen a few seasons of Shark Tank, but it's just not worth it.

interesting book, rough monotone narration

I like that Robert Herjavec read it, and like the content... But man, at times he is obviously just reading the words without thinking about them or assembling them into sentences for proper emphasis, tone, or rhythm. He must have done some recording marathons too, because his voice gets pretty rough at a few different points.

Regardless, the meat is interesting and entertaining. I feel it was a worthwhile listen, and will continue to dream of Mr Herjavec investing in my robot company.

Excellent Content and Smooth Performance

This shark shares his down to earth sales skills in a fresh perspective. Rather than speaking over your head, he pulls at your heartstrings with personal stories and real life examples.

Great story but hard to get started

great story over all with sound advice. I commend Robert for reading his own book but he probably should have had a professional read it. I would tend to disconnect from the story due to the lack of enthusiasm I guess. but overall worth reading!

Worth Every Penny

Not only worth the monetary investment, but the time investment as well. Robert has a great voice and insight to being a successful entrepreneur as he has excellent tips in this book that are worth reviewing more than one time. I got through the book in one day and will be going back through it over and over until I absorb all the content and start applying it immediately in my life and business.

Could've been a bit shorter

Great narration, I don't agree one bit that it was boring or un-enthusiatic, although the content could've been a bit shorter and compressed.

Well Done.

I enjoyed the story. it's interesting, informative and somewhat intimate. I like that he read it himself. Hearing his accent reminds me that America is still the shining light on the hill where immigrants can find success.

Good Advice For Sales and NonSales People

Robert digs into why people think sales has become a bad word and has changed my perspective on it. He also deep dives into what it means to be on shark tank and provides some interesting insight into the show. His book is filled with wisdom and helpful proverbs to get anyone back on track with their business.

Inspirational!

Great story. I agree 100% with his outlook on life. when you really start to think about things he says, it really makes sense. I think this book will help people change and/or think differently in a positive way.
