Yoga for All

This book was a terrific overview of yoga, outlining the mental and physical health benefits. The author breaks it down in a way that is accessible and easy to understand. She outlines poses in a comprehensive way, along with pictures and precise description. I love that the author presents poses that focus on specific body parts, good for either rehab or toning. If you have never done yoga and want some guidance, be sure to pick up this book and it will set you on the right track. the beginner and motivate others to shake up the routine. It is a terrific addition to the yoga library, I highly recommend it. One more point about the illustrations: I love that they are clear and obvious for the pose, showing the body in a simplistic way that allows one to easily visualize the pose.
