Everybody can do Yin

The author guides you through a very slow, calming practice of letting go of tension, tightness and helps keep focused on rhythmic breathing. The stretching and holding of simple postures allows any “body” to be able to do this sequence of Yin yoga.

this works great for a pre bed session

easy to follow, may even be suitable for new yogis. comes with an accompanying pdf for pics of mentioned poses. And the teacher is super conscipus abput being mindful of overextending shoulders, reminding the listener at many points to relax shoulders and drop them back - which is rare and so needed in my experience. would live to see other yoga sessions by her
