You won't get bored by this audiobook!

Genius in the simplicity

A dude walking you through 7- 10 hypothetical boxing rounds, barking punch combination commands at you for 2 and 3 minutes at a time with 1 minute rests between rounds.

Works just as well if you're hitting a bag or hitting the air -- so it's an easy thing to do anywhere because you only need a small space to work with. You can substitute the boxing combinations with kickboxing combinations too, if you have kicking space. Then you're working your abs and legs more. You can work on your ambidexterity as well by switching to and from goofy foot every other round and switching out right with left, then left with right.

I usually open another browser tab for pandora, throw on a post-punk station, and let the audiobook and the pandora station play simultaneously. Works out great every time.

I give this 5 hearty meat-head stars. ;-)

I think it is a good investment.

I just work out in my basement mostly using dumbbells. This book gives lots of ideas for different lifts for different parts of the body using nothing but your own body weight, or using barbells and dumbbells, or using the more advanced equipment. I think it is a good investment.

Very good for everyone!

I was skeptical about buying this - I figured it would be confusing like all other workout books out there, or a waste because all the information was easy to find on the internet. But this book is awesome! I was exhausted of going through all the different websites online, looking for routines and comparing them with other routines I found - what a waste of time! This book has ALL the routines you'll ever need, with different combinations that will keep your body challenged over and over. Highly recommend getting this if you need some new ideas or need a place to start - very good for everyone!
