Another great book in the series with Jill having to deal with many different problems. With a new detective stopping her from going anywhere near the detective she likes. With a murder to investigate and the witch competition to sort she has her hands full. I found this a light hearted read with lots of funny moments in it. Esecially when Winky communicates by a helicopter and her grandma, its a funny good read.

Easy listening series

Really like the characters and light heartedness of this series. Very easy to listen to. I don't even like beanie babies but the sabotage of them is grim but funny.

Love it !

I love these stories. They're great.

The cat has a love life. The twins are going to a school reunion. Grandma is still as authoritative as ever ! There are mystery cases to solve and ordinary days chores to get through. Covered in two different worlds ! Great stuff !

This Series Never Ceases To Improve My Mood

If you could sum up Witch Is When Things Fell Apart in three words, what would they be?

1) Funny
2) Light
3) Happy

Who was your favorite character and why?

Jill is my favourite, I can relate to her sense of humour and thoroughly enjoy how she handles every situation

What does Hannah Platts bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

It's not often that I find narrators who do an even better job of voicing the characters than I find in my imagination, but Hannah Platts is the absolute perfect voice for this book. She brings a light to Jill and the rest of the characters that only she could

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I did listen to it in one sitting

Any additional comments?

I hope this series never ends! Please please keep them coming

Love, Love, Love!

As with the other 3 books, I loved this fun, enjoyable tale. These books are pure fun! Can't have that without a good plot or performance. (The only voice I don't care for is Pearl's, but hard to do so many females!) Highly recommend!

Great witchy mystery series

What made the experience of listening to Witch Is When Things Fell Apart the most enjoyable?

I loved that the reader changed voices and accents for each character without it sounding too overdone.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Since there are more than just one mystery going on, there is always a puzzle it figure out.

Which scene was your favorite?

The scenes with Grandma are always great. She comes across as a nasty old witch but also always comes through for her family.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

What's a witch to do when she has to straddle both the human world and the supernatural world all while solving unexpected mysteries and keep her cranky talking cat happy.

Any additional comments?

I hope more of these become available as a deal when you buy the e book and audio book together. It's a great deal.

Love it

This is still a funny, delightful, light mystery. I am eagerly waiting for the other novels to be available to audible. It stops when Jill has two suitors again. What shall she do?

Another great addition

Adele Abbott's main character, Jill Gooder, is a witch P. I. I think the fact that she is flawed and tends to stumble through her investigations makes her easy to root for. If you like paranormal/cozy stories then you won't want to miss this series.
