Wedding vows have never been this personal....

Willow has been living with marriage-shy Charlie for more years than she cares to remember and is old-fashioned enough to want a wedding band and a loads-of-sex honeymoon before stretchmarks and nipple shields. So when the once-wary Charlie surprisingly goes down on one knee, Willow doesn’t question why her boyfriend is suddenly so keen to rush her into saying 'I do'. Enjoyed listening to this story. The author, and narrator were great. Most of the characters were good, Charlie was not.

The story was drawn out too long. The pace was glacially slow and it tried my patience. The denouement was fai to rly obvious and the whole thing was just too twee.

The hilarity of the story line kept me constantly smiling . Even though it is obvious from the get go what transpires . The novel was full of some unexpected moments that got me chuckling to myself 🤣. The performance was spot on and she had a great Australian and Birmingham accent. Great job, a novel l won’t forget 👏

Wow I just finished this and have to admit there were a few jaw dropping moments at the end. I thought it was a bit slow / descriptive at places but I can now see why that was needed. I enjoyed the story and it does all fit together in the end.
