I don’t know why did I expect to find a historical romance here? Probably because the previous book I have read from this author was a very good serious historical romance story. So I got a bit disappointed to find a fantasy story with a lot of magic. As a kid I would have definitely enjoyed this book, but not in my 40s 😬
