‘Well worth the wait’
I am an audio ‘book reader’.
I am time precious so pop in my air pods, carry on with the task in hand, and get engrossed in my latest book.
Having listened to Caroline Corcoran’s 3 previous books I pre ordered, and eagerly awaited ‘What Happened on Floor 34.
I was not disappointed.
I own up to having ‘binge’ listened.
I love a narrative with twists and turns… trying to predict what is coming next.
This is the very first book that I have listened to where I audibly gasped at a plot twist…. absolutely did not see it coming.
Keep them coming Caroline. I patiently await the next one.

Another gripping read
Another gripping read. Lots of twists and turns and really engaging characters. Well narrated. I didn’t want to put it down. Can’t wait for the next one!

Started well but dragged on
Really liked the narration and had hopes that this would be a good novel ('cos have had a run of lousy ones). Started well and I was soon engaged but gradually my interest waned and I just wanted the story to be driven forward instead of somehow stagnating. Skipped chapters in the middle and tried to catch up nearer the end - but still it stalled. So had no choice but to give up and hope my next choice would be better.
