Love this book! I initially used the recipes as part of an elimination diet- and felt great while doing so. Fast forward through returning to a regular vegan diet, full of grains, and the misery was astonishing.

I really like the idea of this book, and the foreword is a really great intro to vegan eating and cooking, Plus the recipes are pretty easy and quick to prepare which is great for my active lifestyle when I don’t have hours and hours to spend everyday cooking.
