I love this book - it’s like having Shamina all to yourself. It really helps you access the deeper parts of you that need unlocking to make/activate the shifts you need to access your quantum potential. Shamina is real. She is trustworthy. I am a massive fan of Shamina and her work. I have her book and still working through it. As advised, I don't skip or rush the content, and I have a little journal to work on all exercises the book. I waited for the audiobook as I like to listen while hiking. I got it today as soon as it popped up in my audible. This is the book every woman should read or listen to, or both. this is about becoming happy, living in abundance woman. it is about finding YOU. Plus, it is read by Shamina which feels truly authentic. How would you feel if all your desires would become a reality? It is possible if you give a chance, this book will transform your life. While listening to the first chapter of the audiobook, I unexpectedly received a £25 gift which made me smile. Not long afterwards, I felt inspired to ask for payment of some money owed (which was paid soon afterwards). I know metaphysics, manifestation etc. and am familiar with many of the techniques in the book but Shamina Taylor has powerful and direct ways of communicating - which I love. I have more than once felt limiting beliefs and stuck energies transmute just by listening. I have since purchased a paperback copy and look forward to working with the book more fully such as going through the exercises and making highlights and notes. Highly recommended, especially when used with journaling and somatic approaches such as TRE (Trauma/Tension Releasing Exercises).
