I been really into affirmation audiobooks recently, and I have to say that I loved this book! Calming Meditations to Enhance Daily Positivity !

The book includes four extra meditations that are a great addition. These meditations are calming and help me feel centered, fitting well with the affirmations. I use them every day, either in the morning to start my day positively or in the evening to relax.

Very Powerful to think Positive

I loved this book. This book helps to improve your emotional wellness and overall wellbeing. As I was working I would pick a chapter(topic) that I wanted to improve on and I would listen to the affirmations. I noticed as I did this I was recognizing some negative beliefs show up and then I would replace them with the positive affirmations on the audiobook. I felt more grateful and hopeful as I listened to the powerful affirmations. I felt a shift in my thinking. I was listening to this as part of my bedtime routine and I felt less stress and more relaxed. I like the meditations as well. I do love the power of thinking positive. You just feel so much better. This is a great book.

Solid set of affirmations! Powerful :)

I love affirmations. A lot of affirmations just focus on "I am" statements, which are great. But this one really has a broad approach to all the different ways to approach things. I feel ... my body is ... my heart, my mind ... etc. It really covers a lot of ground, with so much positivity and power. You can feel yourself lifting up and growing stronger.

I'd recommend!
