This book is spot-on when it comes to tackling the whole burnout thing that's hitting everyone in the professional world these days. It's like a must-have guide for folks at work, whether you're grinding away, calling the shots, or steering the whole ship. The second chapter, that's the part where you really get a reality check about what separates plain-old tiredness from full-on burnout. And the way the book's presented? It's all pro, just what you'd want for a topic like this.
