About this listen
Sex Addiction Recovery is unique. Searching for Change, is committed to helping you (and your partner and family as a whole) by identifying triggers, past traumas, and unresolved events – often the root cause of sex addiction. Whether in groups, couples, or individual counseling, you’ll come to terms with the spiritual, emotional, and chemical angles of sex addiction in a supportive, empathetic environment.
Rachel Rubenstein, Owner, Searching for Change, says "Working with addiction and people in recovery forces me to learn, challenge myself, and grow every day. I have found addicts and partners in recovery to be some of the most spiritual and connected people I have had the privilege of meeting." Rachel is a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT®) Supervisor, having received certification from Dr. Patrick Carnes International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP).
Bryan has a master's degree in social work from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and undergraduate degrees in social work and history from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Bryan is currently getting his CSAT from IITAP.
