Read one of Dorothy's 16 books and you will never be quite the same, and seeing as she is a brilliant orator too, this can only enhance. Breaking The Bonds is a manual - beautifully done and incredibly informative. Dorothy Rowe has not been ranked among the 100 living geniuses in the world for nothing. There is a chapter about pride which is stunning. There are few real role models in this world, but Doctor Rowe is one of them.

Abridged, so it doesn't take a long commitment of listening time, but gives you an astonishing insight into depression and ways to think your way beyond inaction and misery.

Life-changing.

By the time I reached the end of the book, I had a much better understanding of my depression. Even better, I felt I had the tools to overcome it. The book is a manageable length and engaging enough to listen to it in one session. Despite its shortness, the content is thorough and every word relevant and uses a very accessible and easy to follow style. Warm and compassionate too. Highly recommend it.

Loved it. The heading is written in light of the authors conclusion. Well worth the time. Thank you.

Precise dissection of our own foolishness.

Found it very hard to listen to. A lot of waffle and very little useful information. The mind starts to wander trying to listen to this. I watched a 5 minute video on YouTube about depression and it taught me more than listening to this book for 3 hours. I would look elsewhere.
