It was my first book by Carol Kirkwood . Story was a little predictable, but well written, good characters, I felt I was on the Greek island and want to go on holiday to Greece . Well narrated.

I enjoyed the book more the 2nd time around as I last listened during lockdown when the world wasn’t a happy place and my love of Greece and not being able visit made me sad. This time it’s made me very happy as I’m going this year! I feel that I would know the characters if I met them on Skiathos!

I listened again in preparation for book 2!

Relatively predictable but nevertheless enjoyable. For a debut novel it is surprisingly good. Carol Kirkwood writes well. Narrator is excellent as always
