very helpful

I have been using a couple apps on my phone for meditation. I liked them but felt I needed more. So I looked on audible. I found this and downloaded it immediately. I absolutely love it. It has the same kind of flow as the apps I was using but so much more involved. I would fall asleep listening to the apps but I did not fall asleep listening to this which I was very happy about. I was super relaxed and very focused. thanks you .
