About this listen

'Enthralling from beginning to shocking end' Hannah Whitten, bestselling author of For the Wolf

**THE INSTANT NEW YORK TIMES AND USA TODAY BESTSELLER**

In the luscious, dark conclusion to the series that began with One Dark Window, Elspeth must face the consequences of what she's wrought - perfect for readers of Hannah Whitten's For the Wolf and A Court of Thorns and Roses.

Elspeth and Ravyn have gathered most of the twelve Providence Cards, but the last, and most important one remains to be found: The Twin Alders.

If they are going to find it before the Solstice and cure the kingdom of the dark magic infecting it, they will need to journey beyond the dangerous mist-cloaked forest that surrounds their kingdom.

And the only one who can lead them there is the monster that shares Elspeth's head. The Nightmare. And he's not eager to share any longer.

Two Twisted Crowns was a New York Times and USA Today bestseller on week of publication in the US.

This is such a unique series. I loved the first book. The second book was an amazing ending to this amazing story

Amazing

The story and world are original and a little different having almost something reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland about it, but only in flavour as the story itself is very different. I really enjoyed it and looked forward to each new chapter.

an original world

Was not expecting this unusual storyline. Loved the weaving of providence cards lore, done effortlessly.
Don't usually enjoy multiple viewpoints, but in this instance it really worked and I wanted to hear more from each character.
The narration was good, although some strange pronunciations occasionally jarred me out of the story. But still a brilliant story, don't hesitate, just get it.

Engrossing listen

The world building and unique magic system of the Shepherd King duology is so unexpected and clever. The story itself has lots of twists and turns and you will fall in love with the characters.
Highly recommend!

Fantastic duology and unique magic

Now, THIS was an epic, gripping, and very emotional tale. I'd dare say it was even better than the first book.
The way RG made me care for multible characters and even made me more excited to hear about two side characters than the actual FMC and MMC, that is wild.
This book actually made me forget my duties at home because I NEEDED one more chapter every time the next chapter ended.

A very unique and interesting tale.
