Summary
The crucial sequel to the New York Times best-selling The Secret History of Twin Peaks, this audiobook bridges the 25-year gap and takes you deeper into the mysteries raised by the new series.
The return of Twin Peaks is one of the most anticipated events in the history of television. The subject of endless speculation, shrouded in mystery, fans will come flocking to see Mark Frost and David Lynch's inimitable vision once again grace the screen. Featuring all the characters we know and love from the first series, as well as a list of high-powered actors in new roles, the show will be endlessly debated, discussed, and dissected.
While The Secret History of Twin Peaks served to expand the mysteries of the town and place the unexplained phenomena that unfolded there into a vastly layered, wide-ranging history, Twin Peaks: The Final Dossier tells us what happened to key characters in the 25 years in between the events of the second series and the third, offering details and insights fans will be clamouring for. The audiobook also adds context and commentary to the strange and cosmic happenings of the new series. For fans around the world begging for more, Mark Frost's final take laid out in this novel will be required listening.

Yrev very satisfying!
This work of fiction serves as a companion to the TV series Twin Peaks. The unique charm of the series lies in the unsettling feelings provoked by the artistic flair of David Lynch, with fascinating setting and character lore provided by Mark Frost. The TV component left fans confused and aching from the ambiguous finale. This book acts as a restorative tonic, as readers are given closure on some of the more painful mysteries of the series, with ample room for reflection in order to draw personal conclusions on the abstract themes evident throughout the series. Mark Frost has been given his time to shine. Would recommend any new readers, listeners or watchers to begin by watching the TV component first. Revel in deliciously painful uncertainty in trying to rationalise what has been seen. Read or listen to this piece. Revel some more. You're most welcome!

short and sweet
Well worth an audible credit, and fills a lot of gaps from the show's ending.

A good companion, however...
Margaret Lanterman, not Coulson! Shame Chrysta Bell didn't narrate for her own character too. B+

Thank God we get to see another side of TP!
fantastic, really enjoyed Annie Wersching's performance on this and the secret history. It's a shame she didn't play TP on the return! I am just thankful that there are these audio books which really flesh out the character of Tamara Preston, a strong, intelligent and deep character rather then simply a bit of skirt as she was portrayed in the return.

Short but enjoyable
Although it is rather short compared to A Secret History of Twin Peaks, it provides a good insight as to how Mark Frost interpreted the events of Twin Peaks: The Return and what happened to a lot of the characters in the intervening 25 years since the original series. Sometimes it provides hints rather than definitive answers and in some cases has left me with more questions than before. But overall I really enjoyed this and found that it adds to the mystery of Twin Peaks.

A fantastic little catch up to the serial finale, funny, heart warming and ultimately true to Twin Peaks.
