Summary
Törtel, eine griechische Landschildkröte, wird im Baumarkt McGrün geboren und entpuppt sich schon bald als Ladenhüter – Kunden bevorzugen Fell. Doch eines Tages wird er doch gekauft, vernachlässigt und ausgesetzt. Kurzerhand findet er sich in Müggeldorf, einem Vorort von Berlin, wieder. Dort macht er Bekanntschaft mit der Füchsin Wendy, dem Machokeiler Grrmpf und dem hektischen Marder Kevin. Gemeinsam kommen die Freunde einer Diebesbande auf die Schliche, und der schüchterne Törtel wächst über sich hinaus...
