Simply put, this is the best self help programme out there. To heck with the rest, I've tried them all and they're garbage, plain and simple. Ever since I took up Zone Theory and cut off my PZF (Pre-Zone Family) and friends I've been wealthier, healthier and happier not to mention more attractive to members of the opposite sex. But that's just an added bonus since I am very happily Zonewed to my Zonewife. So don't be such a loser and wrap your ears around this wonderful guide to a better life.
