throughout these books l have said that the story and plot wasn't anything new, now we get confirmation that wayne stinnett was a form of inspiration. l have read 22 of his books, and noticed more than a few common points. This is far from a bad thing, as l loved his books and still think of there content fondly.

finally we have a much needed mission, it was brilliant and enjoyable.

l still don't understand two things. why blow up data cables when the USA put a listen device on a deep sea line around the same time. here they had 6 line's to scuttle the ship on to. Why scuttle the ship, China needs the Canal more than most. plus the data retrieval is mostly Terrestrial based. It makes very little sense, and they have no hope of repeling boards for much longer. Buying a large ship would have made better sense, rather than offering up a state of the art ship.
maybe book 5 will explain.
