The book also goes over each individual astrological and explaining the hidden symbolism in each one and what can teach us about working with these astronomical energies. It provides some exercises that can help you apply the information in the book to your magical practice. It requires an excellent job of explaining astrology and showing how you can apply it to your magical work. I promise you there will be ideas here that you have not yet heard.  This is the best way to start practicing and handle the forms more difficult for you once you've gained more experience. It requires an excellent job of explaining astrology and showing how you can apply it to your magical work. An eye-opening historical and scientific information, without being overwhelming for the newbie. I purchased this book to reintroduce myself to the religion, as well as to educate myself. I have learned so much and have realized that Wicca is something that I would like to practice. It's about energy and intuition.

The author has a friendly style and the book is easy to read. Some "spells" are really just example of old superstitions and some are more mysterious rituals. Perfect for a beginner to Wicca who is still just figuring out what it all means. It has good examples and a story about manifestation which I found quite useful to know. This book is easy to understand and helped me think more deeply about my beliefs regarding astrology. The Goddess has many different names across a variety of different religions. It explains the divine energy that comes from the God and Goddess. I thought it would be a good idea to refresh myself on the material that birthed me into the faith. You will find good meditation and visualization after you listen to this book. It filled with comprehensive information in an easy way. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is slightly curious about Wicca

It’s important to recognize that the instrument doesn’t have magical powers in and of themselves—they only work as a race of the personal power of the Wiccan who uses them. Between this practice and the use of symbolic objects in other religions. Wiccans recognize that they share in the co-creative powers of nature as included by the Goddess and God, rather than being a complete concern to the will of a higher power.
Highly recommended for anyone just starting out on the path.
