Sorry, but this story was a bore, pure and simple.
Up to this volume the stories were reasonably good but this one was a nonsensical tale that went nowhere. Never been so bored. Only got through it because I kept hoping that finishing it was going to lead somewhere - it did not.

Fantastic thriller
I have listened to all of this series by KT Ashbourne but this one was so well crafted that I couldn’t believe what I was listening to. I was blown away by the story and the multiple incidents that evolved into one of the best audiobooks I’ve listened to this year. I can’t wait for the next one.

Great listen for audiobook
Got this as my pick for a book club and everyone enjoyed it! Arrived quickly and was able to finish in 2 weeks. It was well written and kept me intrigued and always guessing. The main character is flawed and while that can be a turn-off, I found it to be a very human trait. Much enjoyed.

Wow a great clean creative listen
I'm definitely going to listen to all the Detective Claire Nicholls novels. I loved this audiobook inline 1. Fast-paced and very well written crime fiction. I was surprised that Kim was so young at the beginning of the novel, but he’s very determined and resourceful and he’s had to deal with plenty of issues in his early childhood, which has forced him to grow up very quickly.
