Very useful treatise on how to best prepare oneself for securing a mortgage if one is self-employed or a company director.

Full of specific how tos, along with why-tos, too, so it's easy to understand how the mortgage companies think.

The author makes the key point that for non-PAYE based mortgages, advance preparation is key, and following his steps should ensure the whole process a less painful experience.

If you don't find a few things to do to improve your chances, you've not read (or listened) well-enough... I did.

Includes extra info on property selection & possible investment issues too.
