Brilliant info on securing a s/e mortgage
Very useful treatise on how to best prepare oneself for securing a mortgage if one is self-employed or a company director.
Full of specific how tos, along with why-tos, too, so it's easy to understand how the mortgage companies think.
The author makes the key point that for non-PAYE based mortgages, advance preparation is key, and following his steps should ensure the whole process a less painful experience.
If you don't find a few things to do to improve your chances, you've not read (or listened) well-enough... I did.
Includes extra info on property selection & possible investment issues too.
Well worth a read.

Extremely informative!
If you are one of the many self employed people in the UK, and you are looking to get a mortgage, then listen to this audiobook first. Clearly explains all the information you will need in order to progress. Great information, clearly presented in an easy to understand format.

A fabulous guide for anyone looking for a self employed mortgage breakdown
This audio book is well written and easy to listen to. It is a great guide to navigate through the complicated world of making the best decisions when applying for a self employed mortgage. I would recommend listening to any business owners looking for a self employed mortgage as well as any mortgage brokers needing a refresher.
