About this listen

TV stars Noel and Sue beat all the odds to stay together and become Britain’s biggest family with 22 children. Meeting as youngsters, Sue first fell pregnant at a young age and the teenage lovebirds, both adopted as babies, were determined to bring up their first baby and build a family together. Their love story continued to blossom—and their children kept on coming! The couple confess to having had an addiction with a difference—a positive addiction motivated by love. They were addicted to having children. They are as much in love today as they were as teenage sweethearts, while their larger-than-life story continues to see new chapters unfold. Making Life Count is a collection of uplifting and personal stories about navigating family life, filled with moments of tears and laughter.

I enjoyed this book although to start with both Nowl and Sue spoke very fast, the words came across really jumbled up. By the time they wrte coming tl the end of the story they had slowed down and put more emphasis into the sentences. I got to know the children better, I watch the series on tv as well and enjoy it. Keep going the next chapter will be even better

I have watched the Radfords from the beginning and have always been fascinated by them and how they cope with all their children. They are so laid back and loving in every way possible. Their kids are an absolute credit to them as they are all good natured and loving caring kids. I loved listening to this book as it give an even deeper insight into how the function as a large family and how hard they all work to make a great life for themselves. This was a book I think I will listen to agin in the future as I enjoyed it so much. Thank you Radford family for sharing your life with us all. God bless

The love of two parents

What an amazing story. I have seen some of the TV shows and YT episodes, but this format really lays out the story well. I do have to say that, as someone who was not myself adopted, I have still had problems with being denied important family medical history, and the issue needs to be addressed. Overall, just an incredible and unusual family story. It says a lot that Noel and Sue stayed together through it all.
