I absolutely loved this book, the narrative and performance, made a lovely change to hear a British narrator.

Interesting, read by relaxing voiced author. But a bit tedious. Maybe some follow ups with historical facts the support the regressions? Just lacked something..but on the whole I enjoyed listening.

After training with Steve I decided to purchase his books. I liked that the author is the narrator. His voice is soothing, the stories of how after clients had visited and gone through several past lives they are able to move forwards to being productive and happier. I recommend this book for anyone that is either curious or wanting to know more about how hypnotherapy and in particular Past Life or regression Therapy can help them as the author explains briefly the process that he takes the client through. Nothing scary or painful just relief is experienced by the clients in his stories.

A must for anyone that may be curious.
