'The Permanent Tenant' is the story of a loyal dog, Boris, whose master disappeared suddenly under mysterious circumstances three years earlier. Clearly the dog is convinced that his master will one day return. And then one day something astounding happens....

Disappointing listen due to narrator

What would have made The Permanent Tenant better?

Sadly the narrator’s tone and inflection makes this a difficult listen and distracts from the story- I may have scored the story higher if I had been able to concentrate on it!

Would you be willing to try another one of Cathy Dobson’s performances?

No, sorry.

Not a great listening experience

I was looking forward to listening to this story but unfortunately the voice of the narrator was so irritating that I only listened for 10 minutes which was a shame. I couldn't obviously rate the story accurately as I only heard the first ten minutes.
