I was really looking forward to listening to this ook, to catch up on Darcy's turulant life, however, i was sadly disappointed.

The ook didn't really go anywhere. I understand that Daneil needed to wrap up the story but literally i was so ored!

The narration was OK, apart from when the narator attempted the male voices, it was very wooden & rootic.

They say never do a 3rd ook or movie, and in this case they were correct.

shame.

I somehow managed to get through all 3 books in this series so it couldn't have been that bad!!! Daniel Hurst seems to like female murderers, and thus one was no exception....a total of 6 murders altogether in this series 😳
I didnt like any of the characters... Pippa in particular was so annoying and self centred.... she couldn't understand why her husband (Carl, the wimp!) was so cold and off handish with her..... could it be that she'd told him thar she'd helped throw one dead body in a lake.... then she'd murdered someone and thrown that body in the lake too????
His books are normally set in GB, this series was in America and the narrators accent was irritating 🙄
