I think I’d have preferred to read this book even though the narrator was excellent.

Beautiful writing but a bit slow.

This book reminds me of Fitzgerald a little bit gatsby a lot bit tender is the night. it’s so excellent. I loved the relationships between Michael and the Hoppers and the Hoppers marriage is so well written.
