Summary

Forced into retirement, history professor Ellen Kershaw finds herself at a loose end. So when she is contacted by a reclusive billionaire, with an unusual proposition, her interest is piqued.

So far I can’t think why you’d bother writing this…

A couple of hours in and I’m wondering why anyone would bother to write this novel. It’s well written and obviously written with skill and commitment. But it is sooo boring and empty. Why? Oh why?
