Read the fine print.

I thought this was the original recording; it's not-- made clear when one of the characters mentions a microwave. There wasn't any reason to change the story.

The aliens are coming. Or are they? Great episode,

Neighborhood paranoia is alive and well. The impact of this story was probably even greater when it was aired on TV in 1960. Cold war commie fears and all that.

That illusive "Twilight Zone Feeling" is here in abundance. A great episode.
