I listened to each chapter two to three times because I didn’t want to miss any important points. Through this book God took me back to my childhood and earlier areas of my adulthood to reveal all the areas of hurt and I was able to forgive others and myself and also to learn to see and love me the way God loves me. Highly recommended!
