Summary
The Broadhursts were a mining family and, to outsiders, they appeared to be happy, loyal and united. But it was Jinny—wife, mother, sister—who held them together. the way it was harder to tell what was going to happen, or the way something would happen, even if you knew it would.
liked it all. I liked the way that the same occurrences were retold but from different characters points of view. it made it more real.

Loved this story 📕
The story is slow but very nice deep sad in parts of the loss but very lovely always love Catherine Cookson each book for each mood to read 📕
