Best book
Every recipe I've tried so far is very good. Even has lots of dessert recipes to satisfy your sweet tooth. Written by nurses that have ibs. A menu plan for elimination diet, good explanations about ibs and gives suggestions on foods for re-introduction. Waiting to try salad dressing recipes next. I've tried bbq ribs, meatloaf, chocolate chip cookies, all delicious.

Introduction plans
I stayed on the elimination phase of the Low-FODMAP diet far too long. Years, in fact. It was wonderful to feel comfortable, but it has been socially isolating. In this book, dietician Kate Scarlata provides re-introduction plans for the various FODMAP food groups that I can follow without having to over-think each meal.

Great book
This is a great book for IBS sufferers learning to navigate the low FODMAP diet. It is packed with helpful information. Though I have been loosely following the low FODMAP diet for quite some time in an attempt to treat my IBS I had not been entirely successful and was trying to really pin down my specific food sensitivities with a strict elimination/reintroduction plan. However, the amount of information out there can be overwhelming and it can be hard to figure this out on your own, which is why this book is so great.

Great resource
I have been living by this book for the last month as I am in the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet. I have used the shipping lists with name brand recommendations, as well as made several of the recipes. It is indispensable to me. I partnered it with the Monash app and found they compliment each other.

Best recipes
This has the best recipes and is my favorite cookbook for family dinners. The lasagne and roasted chicken thighs with garlic oil, lemon, paprika have become staples in our house. I find the recipes here are just tastier and easier than the other fodmap cookbooks I've used. It feels less like replacing elements in recipes with low-fodmap (sometimes kinda odd) alternatives
