Read some of the comments and not sure what people want from a narrator! Harry Potter books by Steven Fry are all one voice and accent. Don’t be put off for what is an excellent book and I think the narrator did a good job. Enjoy another excellent book by Tom Clancy.

Fastest I have ever finished an audio book. Kept me coming back for more.

Good accents and delivery, excellent pacing.

The story dragged you in and while not the deepest character development it has a large cast of interesting individuals.

Gripping

An excellent story, Clancy at his best, high tension, amazing technical accuracy, however this was (in my opinion) ruined by the narrator. His voice was at best irritating, at worse nearly ruined the story.

The hunt for red October film is good but the book is another level watching the film after listening to the book it looks like they could only do the base story line and they still had to full on sprint to fit that in. The book is far intense.

Greater then I expected

If you like submarines and you enjoy in depth military lingo, this is a must read. The movie is a 4/10 compared to this book
