I loved this book as it gives so many examples of the bible people who fasted while relating to his own experiences. it's such a great book which has absolutely changed my thinking on fasting and praying and i have been so blessed and impacted by this book. a must buy for those who want to know more in this area.

This book is a must read for anyone who is desperately hungry for the Lord. Chapter 8 was the best for me. Breaking a fast and then feeling that God is angry and you don't continue. Lol!!! Devil has been defeated. God has a great sense of humour. He looks at my heart. it's not about the number of days but the devotion towards God. Mahesh even touched on fasting whilst working. My job is mentally tasking. I tend to struggle but thank God my questions have been answered.
